Mike’s practice concentrates on the preparation and prosecution of both domestic and foreign patent applications that span a wide range of technologies. In addition, Mike has extensive experience preparing and prosecuting trademark applications and providing intellectual property services related to patents and trademarks.
Prior to joining Seager, Tufte & Wickhem, Mike worked as an intellectual property attorney at a law firm in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Mike also worked for the United States Patent and Trademark Office, where he examined patent application in the field of electromechanical manufacturing.
