Ben’s practice concentrates primarily on preparation and prosecution of domestic and foreign patent applications, patentability searches, product clearance investigations, patent portfolio assessments and evaluations, and counseling on a variety of patent matters. Ben’s practice has encompassed a wide range of technologies, including electrical, electromechanical, mechanical, medical device, optical, and semiconductor technologies.
