Nancy's practice concentrates on the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the US and abroad, and patentability searches. Nancy has experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications in a variety of technologies including medical devices, immunology, molecular genetics, agriculture, business methods, and mechanical devices in general.
Prior to joining Crompton, Seager & Tufte, Nancy was an Examiner for the United States Patent and Trademark Office, examining patent applications in the field of immunology. Nancy also worked as a Patent Agent for the USDA and various law firms.
